BlueCat, the UK's complete AdBlue solution

AdBlue is a high purity non-toxic Urea and Distilled Water solution used in the exhaust systems of Euro4 or Euro5 trucks to minimise harmful emissions. From October 2006 it will only be possible to register trucks that are Euro4 or5 compliant and most of these will require AdBlue.

It is a common misconception that AdBlue is a fuel additive. AdBlue has a separate tank to the fuel and is sprayed into the exhaust gases. Therefore, it is never mixed or added to the fuel.

BlueCat is an AdBlue solution is officially licenced by the VDA. It is manufactured in a highly controlled environment and and fully complies with the official DIN70070 and CEFIC quality standards.

UK-based production and a focus on the British vehicle operator means that BlueCat can offer the most cost-effective route to market.

BlueCat - Dedicated to the British Haulier

The Bluecat system provides a complete AdBlue Product Range in a range of convenient packages and in bulk all backed-up by a full technical support network.

Our strategy is to combine the expertise of UK-based manufacturing and local distributors who can deliver direct to you promptly backed-up with nationwide technical backup & support.

We offer a full range of AdBlue in various package sizes or in bulk, our unique dispensing units with telemetry, training and more.

Our Product Line Up

Small 10 litre packages

Ideal to get you home, a 10 litre pack will provide enough AdBlue to take you at least 400 miles, more with a rigid vehicle.

200 litre Drums or Tanks

Suitable for the operator of up to 1 or 2 rigid distribution vehicles at a single depot, where 200 litres could last 2 months or more.

1,000 litre IBC tanks

IBCs are suitable for the operator of up to 5-10 SCR-equipped vehicles at a single depot. An operator with 5 trucks will need to buy one IBC per month.

Delivery in Bulk

Larger fleets and those who appreciate the economy of bulk delivery and the convenience of a fixed installation with its associated health & safety and environmental benefits will consider a permanent AdBlue bulk tank installation and it may not be as expensive as you might think.
